NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2016 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 11, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014 CA 006788 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST,, Plaintiff, and JAMES SIBLEY A/K/A JAMES E. SIBLEY; MELINDA A. DELPECH, PA; ANDREA WHITEHILL; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A LISA DENNIS, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 1st day of August, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21 AND 22, LESS THE SOUTHERLY 10 FEET OF LOT 22, BLOCK 59, VENICE BY-WAY SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
