NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2016, and entered in Case No. 22015CA005129, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-HE6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE6 is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST NEVILLE WINDHAM, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA RAMOS; NEVILLE A. WINDHAM, JR.; HAROLD WINDHAM, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF NEVILLE WINDHAM, DECEASED; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 26 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BELT COURT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
