NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-010948 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST SERIES 2015-, is Plaintiff and DOMINYKA NETCHIOUNAS, et al. are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on August 5, 2016, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 2303-A, Building 2, HARBOUR COURT, PHASE I, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, Page(s) 23 and Condominium Plat Book 10, Page(s) 42 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4991, Page(s) 369 of the Public Records in Hillsborough County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
