NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 4th day of July, 2016, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 11-CA-014075, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 4, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 76, BLOCK 1, WESTCHESTER, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
