NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 28, 2016 in Civil Case No. 11-CA-006181 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2006-AA4, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS A DVISIONOF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCITION MASTER SERVICER IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is Plaintiff and STEPHEN C POWELL, is a Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of August, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 3, Boyette Springs, Section “A”, Unit 2, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 1, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
