NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 27, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-006799 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and CHESTER BEDNARCZYK, is a Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of August, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 2, WINDEMERE-UNIT I, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 48, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
