MALAN AKA DALE MALAN; BETTY J. MALAN AKA BETTY MALAN; SUN CITY CENTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 08, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
