MALAN AKA BETTY MALAN; SUN CITY CENTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
