Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment entered in this cause on June 22, 2016 the Clerk will sell the personal property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on July 26, 2016, beginning at 10:00 a.m., via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. ONLY THE MOBILE WILL BE SOLD. PURCHASERS WILL NOT RECEIVE A COOPERATIVE SHARE IN THE PARK AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE APPROVED FOR RESIDENCY IN THE PARK.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
