NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016-2631-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SEMINOLE GARDENS APARTMENTS NO. 21-G, INC., is the Plaintiff and ROGER F. UVYN, JR., et al. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on August 2, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
