NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated April 21, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 10-013284-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and NIKOLAY A. POIBRENSKI, ET.AL; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM , July 20, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
