NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2016, entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-014396 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and Dylan Daniel Keirs; The Unknown Guardian For Harley Victor Keirs, A Minor Child, As An Hier To The Estate Of Daniel David Keirs A/K/A David D. Keirs are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BAYOU MANOR 2ND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
