YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose on a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in PINELLAS County, FLORIDA more particularly described as follows:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: Condominium Unit No. 1206, WOODLAND VILLAS CONDOMINIUM I, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 46 through 51 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4838, Pages 1511 through 1576 and subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Business Law Group, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 301 W. Platt St. #375 Tampa, FL 33606 no later than 8-8-16 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
