RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale filed June 08, 2016 and entered in Case No. 13-004026-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and KEITH G. DICICCO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 10, OAKDALE TERRACE REPLAT, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page(s) 4, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations and limitations of record, if any.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in Fee Simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 2007.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
