Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 12, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 52, BUILDING B-79 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT 64, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5687, PAGES 241 THROUGH 268, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 4 THROUGH 8, PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2226 SWITZERLAND WAY APT 52, CLEARWATER, FL 33763; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on August 10, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
