NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated October 03, 2013 and by the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated June 27, 2016, and entered in Case Number: 13-003121-CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SAWGRASS VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and MELANIE A. SHEEHAN, et al., is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on August 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 282, SAWGRASS VILLAGE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 131, Pages 71 through 87, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
