NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 1, 2016 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Tiffany Moore Russel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of August, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 607, THE METROPOLITAN AT LAKE EOLA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7630, PAGE 3798, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION FOR THE METROPOLITAN AT LAKE EOLA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO THE USE OF PARKING SPACE #107, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
