NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-003622-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust N.A. as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Carlos D. Paz; Anaguiselle Paz A/K/A Ana Guiselle Paz A/K/A Ana G. Paz; Any and All Unknown Parties claiiming by, through, under and against the herein named defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; North Shore at Lake Hart Homeowners Association, Inc.; ISPC; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 8th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 179, NORTH SHORE AT LAKE HART PARCEL 7 - PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 119 THROUGH 123, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
