NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 6, 2016, and entered in 15001490CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARY J. KELLER, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 22, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
