NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 8, 2016 in Case No. 2016 CC 1306, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on August 2, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 510 of RAINTREE CONDOMINIUM, as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 6, pages 40 through 47, inclusive, and the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 756, pages 498 through 560. inclusive, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
