NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30 day of March, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001772-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and DAVID CRUZ and JANNETTE RENDON-ROJAS are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL, 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM
on the 1st day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 139, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 107 THROUGH 116, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1981 48TH STREET SW, NAPLES, FL, 34116.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
