NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 30, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-001531 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-3 is Plaintiff and JOHN POPO et al., is a Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of August, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 12, Block 22, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 6, PART I, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Pages 1 through 7, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
