NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 17, 2016 in Civil Case No. 11-2015-CA-000963 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein UNITED SHORE FINANC AL SERVICES, LLC D/B/A UNITED WHOLESALE MORTGAGE is Plaintiff and CARLOS CASTRO, JR., NATALI Z. RODRIGUEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS CASTRO, JR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NATALI Z. RODRIGUEZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1 day of August, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 167, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 51, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 84 AND 85, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
