NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2016, and entered in 11-2015-CA-001769-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and CORAL FALLS RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANDREA L. POHLOD; LELY RESORT MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on August 1, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1-103 A/K/A UNIT 103, BUILDING 1, OF CORAL FALLS RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3243, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
