NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2016, and entered in 11-2014-CA-000634-00 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and WALTER PFEIFFER; NICOLAS LOMELI; JUAN JOSE LOMELI A/K/A JUAN LOMELI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALTER PFEIFFER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NICOLAS LOMELI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN JOSE LOMELI A/K/A JUAN LOMELI; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on August 1, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 220, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 124 THROUGH 134, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
