NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on or around July 8, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third Floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1 day of August, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
UNIT 208, BUILDING 7, TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 747, PAGE 1532, AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
