NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015CA004574000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of February 1, 2005 Park Place Securities, Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-WHQ1 is the Plaintiff and Jeanette Green; Donald H. Green are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, HERITAGE PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1999 GENERAL MANUFACTURED HOUSING, INC. MOBILE HOME BEARING THE NUMBER GMHGA6389900302AB WHICH HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
