YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a quiet title action on the following property located in Lee County, Florida has been filed against you:
“Parcel A”:
A parcel of land in the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 45 South, Range 22 East, Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
The South 500 feet of the North 525 feet as measured on a perpendicular, of the East 107 feet of the West 220 feet, as measured along the North line of said Section 4, of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 4.
AND
“Parcel B”:
A parcel of land in the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 45 South, Range 22 East, Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
The South 500 feet of the North 525 feet, as measured on a perpendicular, of the West 113 feet, as measured along the North line of said Section 4, of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 4.
You are required to file written defenses with the Clerk of this Court and to serve a copy on or before Aug 16, 2016 on Noel J. Davies, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is Roetzel & Andress, 2320 First Street, Suite 1000, Fort Myers, Florida 33901; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
