NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000074 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Harold Robert Farrar a/k/a Harold R. Farrar a/k/a H. Robert Farrar a/k/a Farrar H. Robert are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 5, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

RUN IN A STRAIGHT LINE SOUTHEASTERLY TO A POINT ON THE NORTHWESTERLY SIDE OF BIRMINGHAM STREET WHICH IS 30 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY FROM THE CORNER COMMON TO LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 3 OF SAID SUBDIVISION, ALL BEING IN BLOCK 3, ALABAMA GROVE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 77A, OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PUBLIC RECORDS; PLUS:

ALL BEING IN BLOCK 3, ALABAMA GROVE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 77A, OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PUBLIC RECORDS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
