NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2016, entered in Case No. 10-CA-056035 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2008- 1 is the Plaintiff and Christopher Doerre; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under, Christopher Doerre A/K/A Christopher Jerome Doerre A/K/A Christopher J. Doerre, Deceased; Carl Jacque Doerre, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Christopher Doerre A/K/A Christopher Jerome Doerre A/K/A Christopher J. Doerre, Deceased; Sharon L. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
