AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SECURITIES REMIC TRUST, SERIES 2005-S001 is Plaintiff and JEANINE M. PRESTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANINE M. PRESTA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LEONARDO ARMS BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION UNIT 1, INC.; are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 8 day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 310, OF LEONARDO ARMS BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 520, AT PAGES 725 TO 771, INCLUSIVE, AND AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
