NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and WILSON, MARIAN K; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST MARIAN K. WILSON A/K/A MARIAN KASPER WILSON, DECEASED; TENANT #1; ROBERT W. WILSON, SR. A/K/A ROBERT WILLIAM WILSON A/K/A ROBERT W. WILSON, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARIAN K. WILSON A/K/A MARIAN KASPER WILSON, DECEASED; ESTATE OF MARIAN K. WILSON; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4; TENANT #5; TENANT #6; TENANT #7; TENANT #8; JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY are the Defendants, that Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 1 day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 565, 566, AND 567, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 14, RUSSELL PARK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
