NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-050540 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein W.J. BRADLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL, LLC is the Plaintiff and EDWARD MCDERMOTT; JULIE MCDERMOTT; SPANISH WELLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SPANISH WELLS UNIT THREE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. FKA SPANISH WELLS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 4, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
