NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-051372 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF STANLEY FRYZA A/K/A STANLEY S. FRYZA, DECEASED.; STEVEN S. FRYZA A/K/A STEVEN FRYZA, AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF STANLEY FRYZA, DECEASED; STEVEN S. FRYZA A/K/A STEVEN FRYZA; JOHN FRYZA; JOSEPH FRYZA; SOUTHWIND OWNERS ASSOCIATION AT FORT MYERS, INC. are the Defendant(s). TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF LAND BEGINNING AT THE FRONT (NORTH) CORNER COMMON TO LOTS 41 AND 42, SOUTHWIND, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGES 18 THROUGH 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE WITH THE COMMON LINE TO SAID LOTS 41 AND 42, SOUTH 1 DEGREE 18'16” EAST, 130.23 FEET TO THE REAR CORNER OF SAID LOTS, THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 42'35” EAST, 10.21 FEET ALONG THE REAR LINE OF LOT 41; THENCE NORTH 5 DEGREES 18'03” WEST, 130.37 FEET TO THE FRONT LINE OF LOT 41, THENCE WITH A CURVE CONCAVED TO THE NORTHEAST AN ARC DISTANCE OF 1.14 FEET THROUGH A DELTA ANGLE OF ZERO DEGREES 09'15” AND A RADIUS OF 425.00 FEET TO THE CORNER COMMON TO LOTS 41 AND 42 AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
