NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 05, 2016, and entered in CASE NO. 2014-CA-006801 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein VANDERBILT MORTGAGE AND FINANCE, INC., is the Plaintiff and DANIEL WASHINGTON, LOURDES WASHINGTON; JOHN DOE N/K/A SOM KIAT AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN AND TO THE PROPERTY UNDER FORECLOSURE HEREIN, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 8th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 33, BLOCK 106, 7TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
