Lot 61, Valley Wood Unit 32 Tall Pines at River Ridge, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 31, Pages 148-149, in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it Shannon M. Puopolo, Plaintiff's attorney, of the law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., whose address is Post Office Box 280, Fort Myers, Florida 33902, * on or before 8/15/16 within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
