NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated June 22, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 000270 NC of the Circuit Court of the twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and RODAMAR R CATHERINE; MISTY CREEK COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; THE PRESERVE AT MISTY CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TROPICAL FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendants, that KAREN RUSHING, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on the 4th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, THE PRESERVE AT MISTY CREEK, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 28, 28A THROUGH 28E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
