NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 6, 2016, in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 11th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
