NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of June 2016 and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-003024-ES -, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and KENNETH ANDERSON A/K/A KENNETH R ANDERSON A/K/A KENNETH RAY ANDERSON; REBECCA OAKES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH ANDERSON A/K/A KENNETH R ANDERSON AK/A KENNETH RAY ANDERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REBECCA OAKES; HARVEST CREDIT MANAGEMENT, VII AS ASSIGNEE OF BARCLAYS - AIRTRAN AIRWAYS; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st day of August 2016 at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
