NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 009584 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 2, is Plaintiff and VINCENT BOTTA A/K/A VINCENT J. BOTTA, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 8th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 15110 & 15111, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 57, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 27, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
