NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated May 31, 2016, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-008369-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Erik Peppers; Natalie Peppers; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; John Tenant and Jane Tenant whose names are fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, WHISPERING OAKS, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 86 AND 87, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
