NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2016CA000309CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein Concord Station Community Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Romeo Belunta and Kelly M. Belunta, is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 11th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, CONCORD STATION PHASES 4 UNITS A AND B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 110, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3233 Trinity Cottage Drive, Land O Lakes, FL 34638.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
