Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1074 LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT NO. 12, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 93, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
