NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10,2016 entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-010163 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and WAEL Y. NAHHAS and FAKHRI RIBHI ANSHASSI are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on September 13, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in Hillsborough County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
