NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-CA-002924 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiFinancial Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Michael Wise; Elizabeth Wise are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 2nd day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 24 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE ON THE EAST BOUNDARY THEREOF SOUTH 00 DEG 15 MIN 19 SEC EAST, A DISTANCE OF 20.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEG 54 MIN 02 SEC WEST, A DISTANCE OF 310.01 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEG 15 MIN 19 SEC EAST, A DISTANCE OF 130.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEG 54 MIN 02 SEC WEST, A DISTANCE OF 250.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEG 15 MIN 19 SEC WEST, A DISTANCE OF 150.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTH 1/2; THENCE ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY THEREOF SOUTH 89 DEG 54 MIN 02 SEC EAST, A DISTANCE OF 560.01 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. (CONTAINING 1.00 ACRES MORE OR LESS).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
