NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2016, and entered in 2014-CA-010661 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and KAVITA PERSAUD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAVITA PERSAUD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; MICHAEL P. DORSEY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 25, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
