The administration of the estate of PAUL GE BAO, Deceased, Case Number 16-CP-000920, is pending in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602. The estate is testate and the date of the Decedent's Last Will and Testament is December 29, 2015. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative's attorney are set forth below.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All persons on whom this Notice is served who have objections that challenge the validity of the Will (or any codicil), the qualifications of the Personal Representative, venue, or jurisdiction of this Court, are required to file their objections with this Court, WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THE OBJECTING PERSON, OR THOSE OBJECTIONS ARE FOREVER BARRED.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this Court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate must file their claims with this Court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES ยง733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED 2 YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
All persons entitled to exempt property are required to file a petition for determination of exempt property within FOUR MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM OR WITHIN FORTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF TERMINATION OF ANY PROCEEDING INVOLVING THE CONSTRUCTION, ADMISSION TO PROBATE OR VALIDITY OF THE WILL OR INVOLVING ANY OTHER MATTER AFFECTING ANY PART OF THE ESATE or their right to exempt property is waived.
