NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2010-CA-017109 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, LISA MARTINEZ, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on August 2, 2016 the following described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 51, BLOCK 17 OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK, SECTION 9, UNIT NO. 10, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45 PAGE 30 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
