Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 14, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 27, LAKE LETA TRACE, ACCORDING OF THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 20, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5521 LAKE LETA BOULEVARD, TAMPA, FL 33624; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on August 18, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
