LOT 52, BLOCK 6, SOUTH COVE PHASES 2/3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGES 288 TO 298, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11550 MISTY ISLE LANE, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on September 30, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
