NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 02, 2016, and entered in 13-CA-012575 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PROVIDENT FUNDING ASSOCIATES, L.P. is the Plaintiff and DAWN DUFFIELD; BRENT R. DUFFIELD A/K/A BRENT DUFFIELD ; WESTCHASE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; CITIMORTGAGE, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 01, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 6, WESTCHASE SECTIONS “302 AND 304,” ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
